At The Gardens Dental Practice, we’re committed to the long-term success of your dental implants.

To support this, we offer a limited warranty on our implant treatments — giving you peace of mind and confidence in your care.

What’s Covered

 

 

    • Implant Fixture (the titanium post placed in the jawbone): Covered for 5 years

    • Implant Crowns and Bridges: Covered for 3 years

    • Implant-Retained Overdentures (removable): Covered for 2 years

  •  

This warranty covers the repair or replacement of the implant or attached restoration in the rare event of failure under normal conditions.

What’s Required to Keep Your Warranty Valid

To ensure long-term success, the following conditions must be met:

 

    • Attend regular maintenance and hygiene visits (every 6 months) at our practice

    • Use a night guard if diagnosed with grinding or clenching (bruxism)

    • Follow all aftercare instructions and notify us of any problems early

 

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not apply if:

 

    • You smoke or use tobacco products

    • You miss your recommended check-up or hygiene visits

    • There is poor home care or signs of peri-implant disease

    • There is trauma or injury to the implant or prosthesis

    • Systemic health conditions (like uncontrolled diabetes or osteoporosis) affect healing

    • Another dentist modifies the implant or restoration

    • The treatment has not been paid for in full

 

Please Note:

 

 

    • This warranty covers repairs or replacements only – not refunds.

    • It does not include cosmetic concerns (such as wear, staining, or aesthetic dissatisfaction).

    • Any re-treatment is at the discretion of our clinical team and may require further assessment.
