After receiving many quotes for full dental implants top and bottom, The Gardens Dental Practice in Dorchester provided the best quotation.
I commenced treatment in April 2024 and it was completed in Feb 2025.
Every stage was pain free, except for the occasional injections to numb the gums, but overall, the treatment was first class, and Matthew (Dental Surgeon) explained fully each procedure up to getting the new teeth, which after adjustments fit perfectly well with no movement and it is lovely to be able to smile and talk to people without getting embarrassed and best of all able to eat properly again.

Having never been confident with my ‘denture adhesives,’ I looked into having implants, to secure my full set of upper teeth. After a concise consultation with Matthew, and his team, I was happy to go ahead with four ‘securing’ implants.
The procedure was quick and easy and there wasn’t much pain afterwards. Making the teeth was accurately done, without impressions, on the computer. I was also able to design my own ‘smile.’
With my secure denture, I am now able to confidently choose what I would like to eat, without the fear of ’embarrassment.’ After two months now I am more than happy to recommend the implants.
