After losing all of her upper teeth, she also experienced progressive failure of her remaining lower teeth due to a developmental condition.

Following a comprehensive consultation, her case was carefully planned using 3D CBCT imaging, digital intra-oral scanning, and clinical photography. As part of the planning process, we created a digital smile simulation, allowing her to visualise her new smile in advance and feel confident before treatment began.
Same-Day Fixed Teeth with Guided Implant Surgery
All remaining teeth were gently removed, and dental implants were placed at the same appointment using the CHROME GuidedSMILE system, ensuring exceptional accuracy, safety, and predictability. Thanks to this guided approach, fixed provisional bridges were fitted on the same day, meaning she never had to go without teeth.
