The Problem

The patient had lost an upper front tooth due to advanced gum disease.

This created a visible gap in their smile and affected their confidence in social situations.

Before replacing the tooth, it was important to stabilise the gum health to create a strong foundation for long-term success.

What We Did

Once the gum condition was stabilised, we carefully planned the replacement using digital imaging and clinical assessment.

A dental implant was placed in the ideal position to support a natural-looking tooth.

Because of previous bone loss, we also carried out guided bone regeneration (GBR) at the time of implant placement. This allowed us to rebuild the supporting bone and ensure the implant had the best possible long-term stability.

A custom-made crown was carefully designed to match the surrounding teeth in shape and colour, creating a seamless and natural-looking result. The final restoration blends naturally into the smile, restoring both appearance and confidence.
